Greensleeves celebrates two years of growth and success under Neighbourly's umbrella
As we look ahead to the end of 2024, Greensleeves Lawn Care is proudly marking its second anniversary as part of Neighbourly, one of Britain’s largest home services organisations. Like the thousands of lawns the brand cares for every year, Greensleeves has flourished since the acquisition, expanding its reach and enhancing its reputation for exceptional customer service.
The partnership with Neighbourly has provided Greensleeves with invaluable resources and support, empowering the team to innovate and improve their service offerings. Cheryl Harper, Managing Director of Greensleeves, has been instrumental in this journey, supporting the brand to launch a number of new initiatives.

Earlier this year, the brand announced the launch of its innovative new portal, My Lawn Care – a digital platform that simplifies franchisee-customer interactions and provides 24/7 access to essential services, an online booking service and access to visit reports.

In addition to the portal, this year Greensleeves have introduced a new tailored lawn care offering. Customers can choose from four packages, each designed to meet individual needs and budgets. These packages cover everything from seasonal treatments to insect and disease control, all easily set up through the website and portal. This flexibility allows franchisees to cater to a wider range of customers, increasing their market reach and potential revenue.
As a testament to the brand’s success throughout 2024, one of Greensleeves’ most dedicated and passionate franchisees, David Davison, has been recognised by his peers and by the franchising industry as a whole. After just five years in business, he and his wife, Danielle, have been awarded with a whichfranchise Great British Franchisee Award.
David and Danielle have been running their Greensleeves Lawn Care franchise since 2019. They initially invested in a franchise resale in Surrey North before acquiring Twickenham a few years later. This coveted award recognises outstanding franchisees’ ability to perform exceptionally well in all areas of their business.
