Chicken Cottage opens two stores in one day
Chicken Cottage, a trailblazer in the UK’s fried chicken franchise landscape, has taken a significant step forward in its expansion, launching two new stores in Chiswick and Holloway on the same day.
The Holloway branch is led by first-time franchisee Tarek Mahmud, whose background lies outside the food industry. After exploring various fast-food options, Tarek chose Chicken Cottage to embark on his journey in the food and beverage sector. “I’m so excited to be joining the Chicken Cottage family,” Tarek shared. “The fast-food industry is always in demand, and Chicken Cottage has a strong brand and reputation. The Chiswick store, meanwhile, is headed by seasoned food operator Thamotharampillai Sivathasan, who brings considerable experience to the Chicken Cottage family.
