The celebration was made even more special by the presence of Sarah Sabater, CareYourWay’s CEO and Co-Founder, who shared the heartfelt story behind the brand’s journey. Sue Fear: A Lifelong Passion for Caring

For Sue Fear, the event marked the fulfilment of a lifelong dream. From an early age, Sue aspired to a career dedicated to caring for others, leading her to qualify as a Registered General Nurse. Over the years, she gained a wealth of experience in Acute Medicine, Surgery, Neonatology, and Elderly Care, later contributing to the development of innovative treatments in the pharmaceutical industry.

Sue’s passion for person-centred care became even more personal when she experienced the challenge of finding quality care for her own ageing parents. This inspired her to create a service that prioritises dignity, respect, and the unique needs of every individual.

Speaking at the event, Sue said:

Being cared for in a familiar setting, surrounded by loved ones, pets, and memories, can have such a positive impact on a person’s well-being.
