BFA's Leadership in Action Event Returns for 2025 with Fresh Insights and Empowering Workshops

Following on from last year’s inaugural event, the BFA (British Franchise Association) is holding their second Leadership in Action event in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, on 27th March 2025. The event is open to both members and non-members of the BFA.

Team Academy, who have trained over 180,000 people and are one of the UK’s foremost training providers, are returning for a second time to deliver the training package for the BFA.

At the event, attendees will be divided into small groups where they will be taught techniques and insights to enhance their leadership skills, with a specific focus on mindset development, coaching and change management.

CEO Pip Wilkins QFP said: “After the very positive feedback we received from delegates following last year’s event, we are absolutely delighted to be working with Team Academy again for our second ‘Leadership in Action’. As well as welcoming back attendees from last year, with a completely new and updated programme, we’d also like to invite the leaders of tomorrow, to encourage them to connect with today’s leaders and forge lasting relationships that will shape future generations of the franchising sector.”
