They supply over 12,000 outlets, mainly in convenience, from independent retailers through to major National Accounts such as BP (M&S Simply Food), Spar, Nisa, Budgens, Costcutter, Premier, Londis, M Daily, & WH Smith (Motorway) and also includes National petrol retailers Shell, Esso Rontec (Shop and Drive) and Sainsburys (BWG Spar in Ireland and C.J. Lang’s Spar in Scotland).

Martin currently supplies 203 outlets in Norwich; including high value national accounts and many high value independents. He has built strong relationships with his outlets, providing an excellent customer service which has helped increase sales during his ownership.   

Card Connection Norwich was previously run with one merchandiser (part time), a packer to make up the orders (part time), with Martin on the road most of the week. In recent years with retirement pending, Martin chose to be off the road and instead chose to recruit two additional part time staff members, allowing him to focus on manging the business.
