Fitter Body Ladies is a premium ladies only gym offering fun fitness programs designed to achieve realistic weight loss, via group personal training, mentoring and motivation to ensure sustainable results.

The fitness facilities are open to ladies only; specifically, ladies over the age of 30.

Alex Knight, together with her husband Ricky set up Fitter Body Ladies in Northampton in 2012 firstly at a local park but as they grew, they moved to their own Gym within 12 months. Fitter Body Ladies offers indoor group fitness training sessions, for Ladies only. Following the success of their Northampton Gym, Fitter Body Ladies has increased in size from 1 to 12 location across the UK since 2017. We have opened branches in Milton Keynes South & North, Basildon, Wellingborough, Wakefield, Kettering, Daventry, York Cardiff, Swansea, and Llanelli.
