fit20 gives the option for growth in the fitness industry

Kieran Igwe is the franchisee for fit20 Leeds Farsley and fit20 Moortown.  Before fit20, Kieran ran his own personal training business.  Despite the business doing well, Kieran realised that they had hit a ceiling and were struggling to grow it further. Deciding that he wanted a business that he could scale, Kieran started to look at franchising and the options available.

"After years of running my own personal training business, I realised it was limited by my time and capacity. The business was doing well, but growth relied heavily on having the right people in the right roles. It was clear we had hit a ceiling, and I began searching for a concept that could scale more effectively and help more people improve their health."

"That’s when I discovered fit20. Initially, I was sceptical—how could just 20 minutes a week really make a difference? But after visiting a studio, seeing the concept in action, and experiencing the professionalism of the brand, I was convinced. fit20’s focus on scientifically-backed strength training, combined with its accessibility for people of all fitness levels, was something I knew could make a real impact."

"I currently run two thriving studios, with plans for future expansion. The support from the fit20 UK team has been fantastic, from the initial setup to ongoing training and coaching. Knowing that the product and systems are already of the highest standard has allowed me to focus on building a business that changes lives. I’m proud to be part of a growing brand that’s making fitness accessible, effective, and enjoyable for so many people."
