Duncan Attwood is the franchisee for fit20 Exter and fit20 Torquay. After 20 years in the health and fitness industry, Duncan was keen to become his own boss.  After much research, Duncan came across fit20 and intrigued by their scientific approach to fitness, he was keen to know more. Duncan is loving his journey with fit20 and has plans to shortly open a third studio.

"After 20 years in the health and fitness industry, I identified that while some gym members improved their health and fitness, there were many that did not. This is disappointing, as those that did not get results are often the people that need it the most."

"Fortunately, I heard about a new scientific approach to fitness - fit20. Being initially sceptical I went to the UK Head Office and asked to be trained in my suit (one of our USP’s is you do not need to shower or change) – I was ‘blown away’! I researched the training and met members and it is the member’s stories and amazing results that convinced me to open my first fit20 studio in Exeter."

"I now run two very successful studios in Exeter and Torquay and I am currently working on a 3rd studio. It’s been great to see new franchise owners come on board in the UK. I have supported the head office team at many franchise events throughout the UK, as the best way to improve the health of more people is to get more studios in more locations in more countries."
