"Along with my brother Dylan and my dad Bill, we launched Wingers during the Pandemic from a dark kitchen in Aldridge, Birmingham. Dad’s sandwich business had been forced to close due to the COVID restrictions and we urgently needed to generate some income to support our family. We set about creating recipes at home and came up with our marinated fresh fried chicken: crunchy on the outside and super succulent to taste. From day one, customers loved our chicken and kept coming back for more! Fast forward a few years and our humble Wingers launch was so successful that by December 2023, six restaurants had been opened in the Midlands. We now have a franchise pipeline of ten more restaurants set to open in 2024."
