Belvoir franchise gives advice on deposits

Each month, UK tenants lose more than £15,000 in un-returned deposits from landlords according to Belvoir, Britain’s biggest lettings specialist. However, Belvoir, which has an office on, Lincoln Road, in, Peterborough, says tenants need to realise that, if they follow a few golden rules, there is no reason why their deposits should not be returned in full at the end of a tenancy.
