Mum of two Rachael Hall was a police officer in Glasgow for 10 years before joining Tumble Tots.  Whilst on maternity leave, Rachael had time to contemplate her future and, unhappy with the long hours and stress that came with being a police officer, Rachael decided she wanted a career that allowed her to spend quality time with her family.  Having attended Tumble Tots classes whilst living in Chester, Rachael was keen to continue attending when she moved back to Glasgow.  With her nearest class 45 minutes away, and lots of research into franchising and Tumble Tots, Rachael seized the opportunity to start her own Tumble Tots franchise.

Andrew Goldberg graduated from the University of Michigan with the plan to work as part of the National Security Agency. When the USA ceased hiring, the young entrepreneur was left looking for something else. During those formative years, Andrew built a catalogue of skills that would lead him to set up his own ActionCOACH franchise in 2010.  “I’d gained a lot of knowledge over the years, but I knew I could apply it to something much more worthwhile. I’d fully grasped the importance of leading a team, working hard, solving problems and how to handle customers. I also knew I wanted to be successful – but doesn’t everyone?
